Sue Hurley

Sue initially arrived in the Falkland Islands expecting to stay for two years but eventually ended up staying for eleven!  She learned and perfected her spinning skills at the Spinning & Weavers Guild in Stanley, Falkland Islands.  Sue loves to experiment with colour and textures and hand dyes all her own wool.  She then uses this to create a variety of unique knitted items from specially adapted patterns.  You will also find Sue's wool,  in skeins, at Studio 52, so you may create your own special wool projects
