Please read these conditions carefully before using my online shop (www.studio52.co.fk). By placing an order you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. I may revise these terms and conditions at any time so please check this page from time to time to review current terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire original content are the sole property of Studio 52 and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Hours of operation

Studio 52 is open Tuesday through to Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday 12pm – 4pm

Payment

All prices are in Pounds £ Sterling. When purchasing on-line you can pay by credit/debit card. If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you may be offered an alternative before shipment goes ahead.

Data

To protect card holder details Studio 52 follows all the guidelines known as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and does not hold sensitive data belonging to my customers such as contact details, credit card numbers, bank accounts and purchase history. My payments are all processed via Secure Trading, which is Lloyds preferred partner for small businesses. No information will be passed on to other companies. 

Refund/Return Policy
If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. You will need to provide a photo of the package and goods. If you are outside the Falkland Islands and wish to return an item, please email me to discuss.

Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Shipping

Shipping from the Falkland Islands is via Royal mail. Mail to the UK usually takes from 5 – 7 days. International mail (anywhere else in the world) can take up to 3 weeks. All shipping rates are determined by the weight of your goods. There are possibilities of delayed delivery due to the remote location of the Falklands. If there is any delay in the shipping out of my control I will contact you by email to let you know. 
The shipping does not include any import, duty fees or taxes; you are responsible for those additional fees.

Products

Many of my products are hand-made and unique and as a result slight differences between products are to be expected and are considered to emphasise the uniqueness of every product.
